Not every system is CIRRA-powered
CIRRA is a specialised biological discovery intelligence system. FDE engagements may reuse CIRRA-derived concepts or technical components where legitimately applicable. Where an external system does not require CIRRA, ASR does not artificially label it as CIRRA.
